Buffalo Sighting ~ Traverse City Michigan

Here is something I don't get to see very often.  We were driving on Silver Pines Road on our way to Silver Lake when I spotted these big guys and made my Hubs stop so I could get their pictures.

    1. Hi Stephen,
It was so cool to see these guys. I got out of the car and yelled at them so they would look at me. Instead, they ran.

I bet they do have a lot in South Dakota. There were probably 100 or more in this herd. Then I seen more on another road as we were driving

  11. So cool! When I was real young in the 70's and lived in Canada we used to drive to visit my Grandma and were able to feed moose orange peels from our hand as we held it out our car window. True story. I love that memory. Now there are not so many mosse around:(
